The blended version is ready in 5 minutes, or for a little added texture (think steel cut oats), soak it the night before.
Chia Pudding Base:
2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
*for the instant version, simply blend together; otherwise combine ingredients and soak overnight
Spoon into a bowl and add or layer toppings as you would with oatmeal....
cinnamon or cocoa
hemp seeds
fresh berries
nuts or toasted coconut flakes
seeds such as poppy or sesame
fresh mint
maple syrup
whatever floats your boat!
