Have you ever noticed that happiness and wellness seem to go hand in hand? People who do diet and lifestyle right often have one more secret weapon: a great attitude. And, thus, after a little reflection, I came up with the following primer for Secrets to Living Well. This list is by no means complete, but does offer a few clues from my observations in practice and in life.
